SimReader units
SimReader converts every report into these units, whatever the report itself uses (joules, GJ, MMBtu and so on), so baseline and proposed results always line up.

A gallon converts by its fuel: 137.381 kBtu for fuel oil and diesel, 91.452 kBtu for propane and 120.214 kBtu for gasoline. Other fuels in gallons use the fuel oil value.
